Responsibilities
Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices
Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the team
Drive best‑practice UX design into each solution delivery
Manage all aspects of projects and customer communications
Deliver customer end‑user training and documentation
Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of all project aspects
Exercise independent judgment, leading enterprise‑level projects with minimal direction
Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership
Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for customers
Required Qualifications
3+ years project experience in hands‑on technical consulting and project management
2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud&Sales Cloud)
Expertise in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions using declarative configuration
Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics highly preferred
Ability to document requirements for technical resources and understand solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and Web services
Experience leading multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release and multi‑environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and code development
Professional experience owning the end‑to‑end SDLC, including structured code management, project management expertise and process methodology
Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects– ground‑up Service and Sales Cloud deployments
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Ability to assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce
Excellent customer interaction, builds credibility, and is a fantastic team player
Certifications: One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder); multiple certifications preferred
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
