Senior Architectural Design Technologist (Edmonton)

The Senior Architectural Design Technologist will contribute to all stages of project development, working with consultants in completing various project deliverables. The responsibilities will include conception, design-to-fit customer needs, and team collaboration. Please add your portfolio! Key Responsibilities - Creation, design, and execution of projects in a high volume of production. - Identify specific needs on architectural guidelines for current and current subdivisions. - Create Revit working drawings, compile specifications, cost estimates, and material quantity lists based on initial design concepts and instructions. - Building architectural and display models, as well as developing three-dimensional virtual models to visualize architectural designs effectively. - Design high-visibility elevations and modifications as required by Architectural Guidelines. - Coordination with other departments and external stakeholders. - Release drawings to all concerned parties. - Contribute to the review of the drawing packages for accuracy, design integrity, and code compliance. - Organize and present new ideas. - Perform quantity take offs and estimating as required. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
