Description
Drive financial accuracy and compliance as an Accounting Manager within our Finance Team. Oversee payroll, budgeting, and audit processes to ensure efficient financial operations.
As the Accounting Manager, you will report directly to the Vice President of Finance, supervising key financial functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Your responsibilities will include preparing budgets, monitoring liquidity for company growth, and coordinating with auditors for financial statement preparation. Additionally, you will lead the team in compiling compliance packages and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee perks • Create and update cash-flow forecasting reports • Compile monthly banking compliance packages • Guide the Finance team in daily accounting tasks • Conduct forensic audits to resolve discrepancies
Requirements: • CPA or equivalent accounting qualification • 3+ years of relevant professional experience • Experience managing an accounting team for 1-2 years • Strong analytical and communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
