Requirements • Requires an Industrial Engineering degree or related field. - Relevant work experience. - Thorough understanding of production machinery, processes and standards. - Critical thinking and problem solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. - Documentation and organizational skills. - Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD. - At least two years of experience as a production technician. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes in a related industry is preferred. - Extensive experience in implementing quality control procedures and maintaining production standards. - Solid technical and mechanical skills. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Excellent communication and cooperation skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving techniques. Terms of Employment - 40 hours per week • Health advantages, Other benefits, Long term benefits Salary: $34.86 - $45.00 per hour Required Years of Experience: 1 year to 2 years experience in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Technologists and Technicians or in related field.
