Your Role - Full-Cycle AP: Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accurate coding and entry into our accounting software. - Payment Precision: Coordinate payment runs (Cheque, EFT, ACH) and ensure all vendors are paid according to agreed terms. - Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies with professional communication. - Compliance & Audit: Match invoices to purchase orders, verify approvals, and provide essential support during financial audits. - Expense Coordination: Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursements. What You Bring - 1–3 years of dedicated experience in Accounts Payable. - High school diploma required; a degree in Accounting or Business is a definite asset. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Epicor or other ERP systems is a major plus. - You have a "sharp eye" for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
