To learn more about us please visit About SMHG ( We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Medical Office Assistant - to join our Family Health Clinic team reporting to the Senior Manager Health Care Services and Clinical Compliance. You will provide general administrative support. Responsibilities: - Assist the Medical Office Assistants . - Assist Medical Radiation technologists with answering phones. - Update patent information. - Update spreadsheets. - Update inventory counts. - Organize files. - Create checklists. - Support current projects. All successful candidates must have, prior to start date: - A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
