WQS NDT is looking for an experienced Controller for a temporary 15-month maternity leave coverage role. This position emphasizes financial leadership and compliance in a quick-paced workplace. As the Controller, you will be responsible for leading financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, managing cash flow, and maintaining solid stakeholder relationships. This role requires overseeing full accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closures, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, your influence will drive financial strategy and operational excellence.
