As an Image Desk Appraiser, you will collaborate with the internal appraisal team to manage repair estimates, total-loss calculations, and support claims advisors and body shops. Your role involves quality control, guidance on vehicle valuation, and enhancing relationships with Gold Medal Shops—key to Peace Hills Insurance's operational success.

Key Responsibilities:• Review repair estimates per Peace Hills Insurance guidelines • Guide on total-loss vehicle assessments and valuations • Oversee Image Desk function using Audatex/Qapter • Maintain relationships with vendor and third-party partners • Conduct accurate desk assessments of vehicles

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years auto industry experience • Knowledge of damage repair procedures • Understanding of the insurance appraisal process • I-CAR or Vale courses considered an asset • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
