We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our energetic healthcare team. Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check‑in process. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) using systems such as Healthquest. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing patient information.Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations. Assist in billing processes and verify insurance information as needed. Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients. Experience

Previous experience in a Medical Office setting is preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as EMR, Healthquest. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software and phone systems.
