The Performance Coach serves as a client-facing Health Optimization Lead, responsible for converting inquiries into long-term members through consultative sales and personalized care planning. Using comprehensive clinical diagnostic assessments, the Performance Coach designs Integrated Therapy Pathways that may include hormone optimization, nutrition strategies, advanced fitness and muscle-building solutions, and confidence-enhancing image treatments. This role leverages the full Evolve Strength ecosystem—including psychology, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy—to create seamless, multidisciplinary programs that optimize client outcomes while maximizing engagement, retention, and lifetime value.Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and local marketing initiatives. Execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement. Build and maintain referral relationships with health and fitness professionals, including personal trainers, sports coaches, and wellness partners.Attend local health, wellness, and fitness events or trade shows to represent Prime Clinics and attract new clientele. Patient Treatment Plans

Review patient medical histories, intake forms, and diagnostic testing to assess needs and goals. Function as a Health Optimization Lead by reviewing each client’s personal healthcare coverage and employer-sponsored health benefit plans to strategically optimize available allowances, designing customized performance and longevity programs that integrate PRIME Clinics treatments with the full Evolve Strength tenancy ecosystem.Design customized performance and longevity treatment plans that align with each patient’s objectives and lifestyle. Educate patients on available treatment options, set clear expectations, and guide them through their journey to achieve optimal outcomes and satisfaction. Financing Plans

Discuss priorities, budgets, and available monthly payment options to make treatments accessible. Present treatment fee structures and package options to support patient goals. Review and promote the Prime Membership Program to enhance long-term patient engagement and loyalty. Appointment Scheduling&Call Management

Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s booking system. Manage waitlists and coordinate rescheduling to ensure a seamless patient experience. Retail Sales&Marketing Promotions

Inform patients about current promotions, special packages, and retail product offerings. Assist with product recommendations and complete retail sales transactions. Promote ongoing marketing campaigns and encourage patient participation in programs and events. Clinic Maintenance

Ensure reception and guest areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Perform light cleaning duties such as dusting, laundry, and general tidying of clinic spaces. Help maintain the clinic’s professional appearance to create a positive first impression for every guest. Qualifications

Experience: In performance sales environment. Education: Sales experience is a priority, gym membership&personal training are an advantage, medical or clinical sales is an advantage, advanced education in kinesiology preferred. Skills: Interest in the performance, health, and wellness. Professional Skills: effective listening, strong communication, solutions led approach, sales driven, multitasking abilities, and proficiency with basic computer systems.Personality: Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport with guests of all backgrounds. Other: Flexible availability, reliable, and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Benefits
