Nutrition Expert in Long-term Care (Edmonton)

Elevate the nutrition standards at Park Place as a Dietitian specializing in long-term care. Your role focuses on therapeutic diets, team-oriented menu planning, and advocating for Resident well-being. As part of the interdisciplinary care team, you will assess and consult on dietary needs, work closely with the Food Services Manager, and support the overall mission of quality improvement. Your main duties include conducting nutritional assessments and monitoring dietary supplements to ensure effectiveness.
