Collaborating with multiple business units, you will lead projects aimed at enhancing current processes. Your proficiency in Lean Six Sigma will be crucial in facilitating workshops and implementing effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead process improvement projects and workshops • Assess opportunities for robotic process automation implementation • Embed change management practices into project execution • Develop training sessions and facilitate stakeholder discussion • Collaborate with Strategic Performance Branch members

Requirements: • University degree with 4+ years in operational excellence • Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required • Knowledge of change management and project management best practices • Outstanding communication and training abilities • Capacity to juggle multiple projects in a quick-paced environment
