Shape EPCOR’s future as the Senior Advisor, Sustainability in Edmonton. This critical role focuses on integrating sustainability into business strategy and performance management. In this full time position, you'll provide essential support to the Associate Director by translating strategic priorities into measurable initiatives. You'll coordinate planning cycles and refine governance processes to ensure commitment to sustainability goals. Your innovative mindset will guide efforts in improving data quality and execution across various functions within EPCOR. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sustainability strategy planning and execution - Monitor emerging trends and provide recommendations - Develop KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards for performance - Enhance collaboration across business functions - Support cross-functional stakeholder engagement initiatives Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Studies - 5-10 years of sustainability or corporate planning experience - Demonstrated ability in complex organizational environments - Strong analytical and project management skills - High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Be an essential part of EPCOR's sustainability transformation as a Senior Advisor.
