Senior GIS Analyst Full or Part-Time: Full Time Permanent/Temporary: Permanent Salary: $3,148.20 to $4,126.82 Bi‑weekly ($82,168-$107,710peryear) Monday to Friday, 8:15a.m.–Design, maintain, and optimize digital and spatial databases and tools aligned with operational and legislative needs to support land disposition tracking and compliance. Design, build, and maintain integrated data environments, including ETL pipelines, ingestion from legacy and modern systems, and consolidation into centralized databases and internal BI platforms. Develop and maintain custom applications and tools using technologies such as Python, Angular, and Java, supporting full lifecycle delivery from architecture to deployment and sustainment. AWSS3 or equivalent), including domain setup, secure data storage, and application hosting. Leverage Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate to develop custom applications and automate workflows that improve operational efficiency and governance. Utilize modern data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, data lakes, and BI tools) to enable scalable data integration, analytics, and enterprise reporting. Configure and manage SharePoint‑based intranet and web solutions, including development of internal sites, forms, and workflow‑driven platforms. Design and deploy reporting solutions and dashboards within internal BI environments, ensuring integration across multiple data sources. Explore and implement AI‑enabled solutions to support intelligent automation, data processing, and enhanced decision‑making. Operate independently to prioritize, design, and deliver end‑to‑end technical solutions in a low‑support environment. Support planning and delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Completed university graduation in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or a related degree (Computer Applications, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Geospatial) plus a minimum of 4years of related experience. ESRI or other relevant software certifications). Knowledge of SAS, R, SQL, and project management and/or business analysis principles. Experience coordinating, maintaining, and managing data migration, application license management, and related data integration activities. Solid analytical and technical skills to evaluate, perform, advise on, and ensure the integrity of data analysis, assembly, interpretation, and reporting related to designated industrial property assessment inventories and information.
