On behalf of our downtown client, we are looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to manage a busy caseload of files and work closely with internal teams to deliver strong legal results. Managing up to 50 litigation files Providing regular status reports & legal opinions Adhering to department process and ensuring customer satisfaction Ability to create and adopt cutting-edge legal strategies to produce exceptional results Strong negotiator and advocate with the ability to organize persuasive arguments in both judicial and commercial settings Solid technical grounding in legal research demonstrating an attention to detail combined with superior evaluative and analytical abilities Solid technical and computer skills Law degree from an accredited University or post‑graduate program Member in good standing of the Alberta Law Society Minimum 3 years experience (5 years preferred) in broad‑based litigation Trial experience an asset Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2psfmi
