Clark Builders Virtual Design Specialist (Edmonton)

In this role, you will engage in virtual design workflows, oversee BIM coordination, and contribute to quality control across multiple projects in Western and Northern Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate VDC meeting coordination and document management - Conduct BIM reviews and track project communication - Prepare RFIs and assess control processes for accuracy - Develop quantity variance reports and assist in estimating - Collaborate with operations on BIM execution schedules Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in VDC, Architecture, or related field - Minimum of 4 years related experience in VDC - Strong knowledge of BIM software and tools - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Basic scripting abilities with Dynamo or Python Contribute to creative construction solutions through VDC at Clark Builders.
