Job Summary As the Student Nurse, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Inviva Coordination Centre and Operations team. Specific Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities generally include but are not limited to: - Collect documentation from fax machines and sort for appropriate Patient Care Representative - Assist with faxing key documentation to various customers and stakeholders - Organize and sort patient files for offsite storage - Maintain an up-to-date and accurate filing system, both traditional and electronic - Provide phone support for coordination centre team as necessary - Collaborate with Head Office employees in organizing patient information - Research and complete special projects as assigned - Always keep work area secure, organized and clean - Follow company Health and Safety policies. - Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications - Enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing program - 0-1 years of experience Key Competencies - Previous experience in administrative and clerical support preferred - Professional and independent individual with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills - Ability multitask and pay attention to details in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
