Parts and Service Advisor (Edmonton)

Job Overview: B-Line is a family owned and operated Canadian business that has grown over the last 40 years to become an industry leader. We have years of experience installing, repairing and certifying tire changers, hoists/lifts and wheel balancers. We are looking for someone in the equipment division to help ensure a quick response time for our customers by helping put together accurate quotes and managing required parts in a timely manner. Responsibilities: - Producing quotes for repairs based on service technician work orders - Confirming proper parts required for repairs or certifications - Helping to maintain proper inventory levels on parts - Producing quotes on new or replacement equipment based on sales team recommendations. - Working with suppliers to confirm product lead times and availability - Manage warranty claims and appropriate paperwork - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers Skills: - Experience with parts breakdowns and diagrams - Comfortable with basic computer funcitons (outlook, excel) - Strong organization skills - Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing and inventory purposes - Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus - Knowledge or experience in the automotive repair/maintenance industry or mechanical aptitude.
