Vehicle Inspector In this role, you will inspect and process incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutch’s high standards before it enters reconditioning or sales. Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues. Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards. Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently. Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools. Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow. Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons. Basic knowledge of cars or willingness to learn. Minimum Valid Class 5 License with a clean abstract. Comfortable using tablets or basic computer software. Able to commit to a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs. Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations.
