We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period from April 2026 to September 2026 at our Cookstown, Ontario dealership . Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available. Who You Are Fluent in German, or Dutch Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping customers begin their vacation journey with confidence Enjoy working with an international clientele and being part of meaningful travel experiences What Youll Do Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude Support customers throughout their RV rental experience, from pick-up to return Walk customers through paperwork clearly and efficiently Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes), ensuring customers feel comfortable before heading out Check in returning RVs and help resolve customer concerns in a timely and skilled manner Assist other departments as needed to support a smooth and seamless operation What You Bring Fluency in English plus German, or Dutch Strong communication and customer service skills Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment A positive, energetic personality and a genuine interest in helping others Availability to work weekends and collaborate as part of a team A desire to help turn vacation plans into lifelong memories Fraserway RV is Canadas largest vertically integrated RV company, with full-service dealerships coast to coast.
