WM Residential Waste Collection Driver, Kamloops

Embrace a critical role in waste collection as a Residential Driver for WM in Canada. You'll help maintain clean neighborhoods by expertly managing waste pickup operations.

This on-site position requires a Class 3 or DZ license and at least one year of driving experience. You will conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, report safety concerns, and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure routes run smoothly. Collecting recyclables and household waste will be your primary responsibility, fulfilling customer needs effectively and safely.

Key Responsibilities:• Navigate residential areas for waste and recycling collection • Conduct detailed vehicle inspections using standard DVIR • Report and rectify service or safety issues promptly • Communicate customer feedback to management • Ensure customer locations are free from debris upon servicecompletion

Requirements:• 1 year of experience with a Class 3 or higher license • Must have a valid DZ or Class 3 driver's license • Legally eligible to work in Canada and 18 years or older • Successfully complete required drug screening and checks • Maintain a strong driving record for safe operations
