Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate financial transactions and budgetary processes • Act as a liaison for human resources concerning staff • Manage physical resources and safety communication • Execute academic administration scheduling and workload tasks • Oversee procurement and material resources effectively

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience • Strong knowledge of finance and human resources principles • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills • Experience working in a unionized setting
