Position Summary The Server, Storage and Network Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure across multiple locations. This role focuses on system stability, standardization, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage HPE iLO, blade servers, and enterprise hardware Manage systems using CLI (Command Line Interface), OA (Onboard Administrator), and SSH Configure server-to-storage connections Perform firmware updates (servers, enclosures, disks, switches) Network Infrastructure Support and Reset (Cisco Switches/Routers) Configure HPE, Dell, IBM, Net App, and Cisco systems Create SOPs/work instructions and share via Share Point Provide training to technicians at all sites Qualifications and Competencies Minimum high school diploma Strong experience with servers, storage, and networking Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable working across multiple sites Solid documentation and training capabilities Proactive and team-oriented mentality Bilingualism English/French madatory We offer: Group insurance (health and dental) paid by the employer Disability and life insurance RRSP matching program up to 4% 3 weeks of vacation Training Reimbursement Program Employee Assistance Program Employee Purchase Program (up to 22% off Qnovum.ca) Opportunity to contribute to environmental protection and sustainable development Quantum is an equal opportunity employer.
