Are you considered a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like: Maintain property areas and systems Keep the work setting clean Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas Maintain the garden Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas Be available to respond to emergencies Make service calls Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior Make outdoor spring and winter preparations.
