Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like: Maintain property areas and systems Maintain and clean the premises Explicit and salt the entrances Make service calls Maintain the garden Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots Preventive maintenance on equipment Clean the administrative office Taking out the trash Provide a high level of customer service Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary Perform other related duties Respond to all emergency situations Participate in events organized for tenants when required.
