Loyal Express Group Laval location Dispatcher Laval (in office) Schedule: Monday to Friday On-site at Loyal Express Transport Laval Responsibilities Dispatch drivers and monitor equipment status Ensure compliance with customer pickup and delivery standards Communicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and consignees Provide real-time assistance and support to drivers Prioritize equipment utilization and optimize the intermodal fleet Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations Quickly and effectively resolve in-transit shipment issues Requirements Minimum of 5 years of dispatcher experience (mandatory) Ability to manage 25+ drivers in a fast-paced environment Robust knowledge of QC / ON operations and Quebec rail yards Knowledge of drayage regulations Strong organizational and computer skills Bilingual (French / English) Autonomous, resourceful, and a strong team player Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p45a7
