Copper Sights&Spirits, the rooftop cocktail lounge at Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market, is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team. We are a high-energy rooftop bar and lounge specializing in craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and elevated bar service. Our bartenders work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.This role is ideal for bartenders with a passion for mixology, classic cocktails, wine knowledge, and hospitality. We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time bartenders. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve craft cocktails and classic cocktails with precision and consistency Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service at a busy rooftop bar Maintain an organized and clean bar while managing high-volume serviceAssist with bar prep, inventory, garnishes, and opening/closing duties Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management Qualifications

Minimum 3 years bartending experience in a cocktail bar, lounge, or restaurant Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, wine, and beer Experience working in high-volume bar environments Professional, energetic, and guest-focused personality Smart Serve certification required Evening and weekend availabilityWhat We Offer
