As the National Office Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and managing calls. You will also support senior staff and national committees while ensuring efficient operations in the mailroom and print services. Key Responsibilities:• Greet and direct visitors to appropriate staff • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages • Assist in meeting preparations and documentation • Support procurement and vendor communication • Operate mailroom equipment and maintain inventory
