For candidates looking to combine meaningful work with a high quality of life, this role offers the best of both.Caron Equipment Inc., in partnership with IAMGOLD at the Côté Gold Mine, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support site operations and ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative coordination, financial support, communication, and office organization while maintaining a professional and confidential work environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced mining and construction environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes Process invoices, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records Support budgeting and forecasting activities alongside the finance team Prepare and assist with regularly scheduled reports and documentationMaintain filing systems and perform administrative tasks such as typing, scanning, copying, and data entry Order and manage office supplies and coordinate office maintenance requirements Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, customers, and site personnelSupport coordination and communication between departments and teams Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements Experience working in a mining, construction, or industrial environment is considered an assetWorking Conditions
