Responsibilities : - Prendre les commandes avec précision et efficacité. - Conseiller les clients sur les plats, vins et boissons avec assurance et professionnalisme. - Offrir un service attentionné, structuré et irréprochable tout au long du repas. - Anticiper les besoins des clients et maintenir un haut niveau de standard. - Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe pour assurer une fluidité parfaite en salle. - Respecter et appliquer notre façon de faire et notre culture de service. - Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation des espaces de travail. Exigences : - Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en restauration (obligatoire) – expérience en établissement haut de gamme fortement recommandée. - Excellentes compétences en communication. - Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en maintenant un service professionnel. - Forte éthique de travail, attitude positive et désir d’apprendre. - Orientation client très développée. - Français obligatoire. - Anglais obligatoire. - Disponibilité flexible (soirs et week-ends). - 25 ans et plus recommandé.
