Your role will also involve overseeing financial reporting and supporting the Regional Managing Partner in strategic planning and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise the administrative team's workload and efficiency • Mentor team members for professional growth • Complete financial reports including A/P and payroll • Develop and maintain accounting systems and procedures • Assist in partner meetings and budget planning

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in business administration • 5 years of management experience • Professional services environment expertise • Strong IT skills, including CaseWare • Ability to manage office safety and maintenance
