Business Insurance Processor / Coordinator (Markham)

Our Commercial Lines team supports a wide range of businesses with professional, reliable, and tailored insurance solutions. We are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting both brokers and clients. Prepare and process commercial insurance documents, applications, and renewals Assist brokers with quotes, submissions, endorsements, and policy changes Coordinate communication with clients and underwriters in a timely manner Process certificates of insurance (COIs), binders, and invoices Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brokerage standards Track renewals and follow up on outstanding requirements Provide administrative support for commercial accounts and team projects Help improve workflow efficiency and support Commercial Lines initiatives What We’re Looking For We are seeking an individual who is proactive, accurate, and committed to excellent service.
