Business Insurance Processor / Coordinator (Markham)

Our Commercial Lines team supports a wide range of businesses with professional, reliable, and tailored insurance solutions. We are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting both brokers and clients. ✨ Key Responsibilities - Prepare and process commercial insurance documents, applications, and renewals - Assist brokers with quotes, submissions, endorsements, and policy changes - Coordinate communication with clients and underwriters in a timely manner - Process certificates of insurance (COIs), binders, and invoices - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brokerage standards - Track renewals and follow up on outstanding requirements - Provide administrative support for commercial accounts and team projects - Help improve workflow efficiency and support Commercial Lines initiatives What We’re Looking For We are seeking an individual who is proactive, accurate, and committed to excellent service.
