Position Overview: Project Manager Devman Group Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee condominium refurbishment and renovation projects from initiation to closeout. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes within occupied residential environments. Key Responsibilities - Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to final turnover - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls - Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, property managers, and condominium boards - Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards - Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings - Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively - Review drawings, contracts, change orders, and project documentation - Monitor project financial performance and report to senior management Qualifications & Experience - 5+ years of experience in construction project management (condominium refurbishment experience preferred) - Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control - Experience managing projects in occupied residential buildings is an asset - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills - Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong understanding of Ontario building codes and safety regulations - Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred *Expertise in Xactimate is considered a strong asset.
