Business Insurance Processor / Coordinator, Markham

We are currently looking for a

Commercial Lines Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting both brokers and clients.

Prepare and process commercial insurance documents, applications, and renewals

Assist brokers with quotes, submissions, endorsements, and policy changes

Coordinate communication with clients and underwriters in a timely manner

Process certificates of insurance (COIs), binders, and invoices

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brokerage standards

Track renewals and follow up on outstanding requirements

Provide administrative support for commercial accounts and team projects

Help improve workflow efficiency and support Commercial Lines initiatives

Qualifications&Skills Post-secondary education preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Language Skills: English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
