Business Development Base salary + Commission A driven sales professional with a true hunter mentality is needed to join a growing transportation team. This is a pure business development role focused on generating new revenue. The role is dedicated to new business acquisition, with minimal account maintenance responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of B2B transportation or logistics sales experience, strong industry contacts, and a proven track record of closing large accounts. Candidates must be comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, managing RFPs, negotiating contracts, and competing in a fast-paced, price-driven environment.
