Dayforce Implementation Specialist, Greater Toronto Area

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong Dayforce configuration expertise and experience working within complex enterprise environments. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Dayforce implementations across complex client environments
• Configure and optimize Dayforce modules based on client requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users throughout implementation projects
• Develop and maintain reports, workflows, and system configurations
• Provide guidance on best practices and system capabilities
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities
• Deliver a high level of client service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Dayforce
• Strong configuration and reporting experience
• Experience working in complex, enterprise-level environments
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll compliance and legislation is considered an asset
• Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset
