Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer & Stakeholder Coordinator with experience in power distribution, developer services, or customer connection projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and can help coordinate utility connection activities from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer and developer connection projects within a power distribution environment.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, developers, contractors, consultants, and internal departments.
  • Manage communications related to service requests, project timelines, approvals, and connection requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, planning, and construction teams to support project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and municipal partners.
  • Facilitate meetings, provide project updates, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review project documentation and ensure compliance with utility standards and processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience and project coordination.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering Technology, Utilities Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in power distribution, utility services, developer/customer connections, or a related infrastructure environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of utility processes, construction coordination, or electrical infrastructure is considered an asset.
