We are looking for a working, semi-retired, or retired healthcare qualified with existing relationships in the GTA healthcare community. This is a flexible commission-based role — no office, no quotas, no cold calling. Just meaningful work that leverages who you already know. You Are Perfect For This If You Have: - Background as an RN, RPN, discharge planner, social worker, or care coordinator - Existing relationships with hospital discharge departments, retirement homes, or physicians in the GTA - A passion for connecting families with quality senior care What You Do: Introduce GoldenBridge Care to your existing network. That's it. We handle everything else. Compensation: - $150/month residual per active referred client - Paid monthly after invoice collected - Most clients stay 12+ months - Refer 5 clients — earn $750/month ongoing - Unlimited earning potential Our Promise To You: Your reputation took years to build.
