Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional duties involve overseeing audits, maintaining internal controls, and supporting executive leadership with financial insights to guide strategic decision-making. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial matters. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting Robust skills in Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Compliance Expertise in Internal Controls and Risk Management Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial systems Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus) Solid communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently Experience in consulting or organizational operations is an advantage Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p88k7
