The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in payroll processing, IFRS, and financial close within a matrixed organization. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare CAD and USD payroll journal entries using Great Plains • Ensure month-end compensation accrual is accurately recorded • Coordinate salary cross-charges to various business units • Calculate and reconcile CAD and USD benefit allocations • Support IFRS assessments and audit inquiries as needed

Requirements:• University degree in Finance and Accounting preferred • CPA designation strongly preferred • Experience in payroll accounting in complex organizations • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong analytical and communication abilities
