Job Overview Spectrum is seeking a highly organized Scheduler / Dispatch Coordinator to manage technician scheduling for both recurring service work and emergency response. This role is critical to ensuring technicians are deployed efficiently, service commitments are met, and emergency response times remain fast and effective. The Scheduler / Dispatch Coordinator will oversee daily technician scheduling, coordinate emergency dispatches, and ensure accurate job documentation to support smooth operations and timely invoicing. The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid-paced service setting, communicates effectively with technicians and property managers, and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule technicians for recurring service work and emergency response Manage daily schedules to maximize efficiency, productivity, and response times Dispatch technicians, adjust schedules in real time, and communicate updates to clients and staff Ensure technicians have accurate job details, access information, and required documentation Monitor job progress through Jobber and maintain accurate scheduling records Coordinate with property managers and building staff regarding appointments, access, and service updates Support operations by tracking completed work, technician utilization, and scheduling performance This role is critical to maintaining efficient daily operations by ensuring technicians are scheduled effectively, service commitments are met, and emergency response times remain fast and organized. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can confidently coordinate multiple priorities throughout the day.
