Key Responsibilities:• Manage insurance portfolios for assigned clients • Conduct pre-renewal calls to assess insurance needs • Handle communications promptly via calls and emails • Assist with endorsement and renewal transactions • Build relationships with industry partners and influencers

Requirements:• Active RIBO license; additional designations an asset • Minimum 10 years P&C or VIP experience• Proficiency in computer skills; EPIC knowledge is an asset • Strong customer service and quotation skills • Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
