You will deliver full-cycle HR support to an hourly workforce while ensuring compliance with Ontario labour laws. Collaborate with operations leadership to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and implement HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as first contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution • Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles efficiently • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data • Support audits, reporting, and documentation requirements • Collaborate with Health & Safety teams for a safe workplace Requirements: • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in logistics • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field • Robust understanding of Ontario employment legislation • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bring your HR expertise and support operational excellence at ID Logistics in Ontario.
