This frontline hybrid role reports to the HR Manager, focusing on onboarding new employees and facilitating training sessions. With two or more years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, you will analyze trends and develop employee performance solutions while maintaining knowledge of benefit programs. Your expertise will help resolve employee relations challenges and support various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:• Facilitate bi-weekly orientation for new hires • Analyze HR metrics and present findings to leadership • Conduct investigations on workplace issues • Educate employees on performance management processes • Collaborate with Occupational Health Nurse on claims management
Requirements:• Minimum two years of HR experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of employment legislation and HRIS software • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
