ID Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide full-cycle HR support in our rapidly growing warehouse environment. This on-site role requires you to manage employee relations, drive recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance with Ontario labour laws. Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and effectively address employee concerns.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct investigations related to workplace issues and policy violations • Coordinate job postings and candidate screenings effectively • Track attendance and turnover trends accurately • Assist in implementing productivity strategies with supervisors • Process payroll and respond toemployee inquiries
Requirements:• 2–5 years of relevant HR generalist experience • CHRP designation or working towards it is a plus • Ability to handle sensitive employee relations professionally • Strong organizational skills in a dynamic setting • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
