Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lot Manager / Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of vehicles, the dealership lot, and shop areas. You will help ensure the lot is always ready for business operations and that customers receive a high standard of service. Responsibilities - Clean and detail vehicles (interior and exterior) to a high standard - Valet vehicles for customers, including pickup, drop-off, and safe movement on the lot - Move, park, and organize vehicles safely around the dealership lot and shop - Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional appearance of all vehicles, the lot, and customer areas - Ensure the dealership lot is ready for business operations at all times - Provide customer service to clients as needed in a professional and friendly manner - Keep work areas free of garbage, hazards, and clutter - Assist with maintaining a professional presentation for customers visiting the dealership - Use basic hand tools and equipment as required (e.g., vacuum, pressure washer, light shop tools) - Support team members with general duties as required - Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications - Previous automotive, detailing, or general labour experience is an asset - Comfortable using basic hand tools and shop equipment - Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, skilled appearance - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication and customer service skills - Valid Class 5 Driver’s License preferred - Reliable, punctual, and hardworking - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions How to Apply Please submit your resume outlining your experience and availability.
