Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. - Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service. - Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained. - Manage inventory, ordering, and food preparation processes. - Support staff training, interviewing, and team development. - Assisting in staff scheduling and manage labour cost. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement. - Uphold company policies and promote a positive work environment.
