This role produces detailed construction documentation, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures designs align with client requirements, building codes, and project specifications.**Job Description** • Develop and produce construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications • Collaborate with Sales, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored design solutions for customers • Assess site conditions and prepare test fit plans to evaluate design feasibility • Create architectural layouts and design concepts aligned with client needs, budgets, and project requirements • Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, and technical materials to internal stakeholders and clients • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all design-related information • Apply knowledge of building codes and standards to ensure compliance in all designs • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing partners, and external stakeholders as required • Support project execution by maintaining design documentation and responding to design-related inquiries • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing learning and development • Ensure adherence to safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment • Perform other related duties as required to support business needs**Qualifications:****Education and Experience** • Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in a design or technical drafting role • Experience producing construction drawings and technical documentation **Key Competencies** • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit • Strong understanding of building codes and construction standards • Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy • Creativity and ability to translate client needs into practical design solutions • Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective communication and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)The anticipated salary range for this position:$66,500.00 - $99,700.00 AnnualThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
