Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Back-Office / Wire Payments) Are you a rapid-typing, detail-oriented professional with a background in banking? I’m currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a high-productivity team for a 12-month contract. This is a pure back-office, non-customer-facing role where efficiency and accuracy are the name of the game! Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Contract: 12 Months (no extention) Pay: $19-$20/hr What You’ll Be Doing: - Problem Solving: Repairing incoming global wire payments and resolving process or routing errors. - Currency Conversion: Receiving payments in various currencies and manually keying funds to align with customer accounts. - Queue Management: Collaborating with teams in Montreal and Mississauga to clear daily payment queues with speed and accuracy. What You Bring to the Table: - Industry Experience: Previous service rep or teller experience within the banking sector. - Speed & Accuracy: Excellent typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) with superb accuracy. - Global Knowledge: A solid grasp of general geography and international currencies. - Education: Post-secondary degree is highly preferred. - Bonus: Bilingual capabilities are a great asset!
